IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Technicien User Support** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
Allround IT technieker voor ons kantoor in BXL. We werken voornamelijk op basis van Pick Up & Return op onskantoor, verplaatsingen zijn mínimaal.
- ITIncident Analysis: Analyse en escalatie van hardwareproblemen
- Installatie en configuratie van nieuwe machines (PC/PO) enstandaard softwarepakketten via procedure van automatische
- Configuratie en ondersteuning van Android / iOS smartphones entablets (kennis van MDM-beheer is een pluspunt)
- Oplossen van software-incidenten (telefonisch en lokaal) overgebruikersconfiguraties
- Microsoft Windows 10: beheer en ondersteuning
Functie-eisen
- 2 à 5 jaar ervaring als Support Engineer
- Aankomsttijd tussen 8u en 9u / flexibele werktijd
- Kennis van beide landstalen (FR en NL)
- Microsoft Windows Active Directory / Ad AZure) : Basiskennis
- Kennis van cloud-oplossingen (Onedrive For Business)
- Kennis van software voor hulp op afstand
- Kennis van ticketing tools (SAP PM / SPRINT is een plus).
- Microsoft Office O365: gemiddeld niveau
- Kennis van ticketing tools
