The **Talent Acquisition Teamleader** supports and advises operational managers.
He is responsible for attracting, developing and managing talent within the group and therefore focuses as an expert on the optimization and implementation of HR projects and processes that promote effectiveness, group dynamics, leadership and well-being.
**The pillars of responsibilities of your future Job**:
**As a Team Manager/Lead**
- Work in close collaboration with and in support of the various HR Business Partners, HR Director, Talent & Development Manager
- Define the needs with the business and conduct the talent acquisition strategy
- Ensure an optimal distribution of the workload in your recruitment team and install a working method guaranteeing the continuity of our services
- Support your team to develop their skills, support growth and give feedback
- Manage weekly reporting based on predefined KPIs & the budgets allocated to your activities
- Develop, lead, manage and collaborate on a range of HR projects: Strategic Workforce Planning, digital recruitment tools - ATS & ERP, Employer Branding, retention, attractivity, etc,
**As a Talent Acquisition Specialist**
- Lead the development of a panel of recruitment channels, and the conclusion of partnerships and management of ‘sourcing’ contracts
- Organize and participate to various recruiting activities
- Define with the business / ensure complete understanding of the recruitment needs from the business
- Act as a direct partner of the HQ and operational managers with the support of the recruitment process: definition of needs, intakes, interview support, etc.
**Who are we looking for?**
- You hold a master’s degree or equivalence by experience
- You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in HR end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an industrial sector and as in-house recruiter
- You are a team leader who knows how to motivate
- You are passionate about the human aspect, you are assertive and autonomous
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You are fully bilingual in Dutch and French;
- You work fluently with MS Office tools & knowledge of Successfactor is a plus
- You are pragmatic and results-oriented
