**Missie van het departement**
Het Data CRM-team, dat verbonden is aan de directie Data, Digital & Growth Marketing, heeft als opdracht:
- Het Sales-netwerk te ondersteunen door de kwaliteit te waarborgen van de opportuniteiten die hen ter beschikking worden gesteld.
- De efficiëntie van onze verkoopkanalen te verhogen door informatie ter beschikking te stellen die nodig is om op het juiste moment, met de juiste klanten te communiceren.
- Initiatieven te ondersteunen met als doel onze digitale processen te moderniseren.
- De efficiëntie van onze operationele diensten te verhogen door terugkerende administratieve taken te automatiseren.
**Jouw rol en verantwoordelijkheden**
Als **CRM Data and Campaign Analyst**:
- Ben je verantwoordelijk voor de selectie van campagnes en de mogelijke automatisering daarvan, voor het meten van de resultaten en voor het zoeken naar oplossingen om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
- Moet je de vragen vanuit alle afdelingen van de bank (Marketing Growth and Events, product management, sales, fraude,...) anticiperen, inplannen, coördineren en beheren.
- Draag je bij tot het ontwerp, het testen en het verbeteren van de operationele flows.
**Je activiteiten**:
- End-to-end campagnebeheer: set up van campagnes, testing, uitvoering, rapportering en optimalisering.
- Aanmaak van integratieflows tussen CRM-, web
- en direct-marketinggegevens.
- Procesautomatisering en controle.
- Opstellen en delen van documentatie in verband met de uitgevoerde ontwikkelingen.
- Begeleiding van kleine projecten op zelfstandige basis.

**Jouw competenties**:
- Je beschikt over operationele efficiëntie en een constructieve benadering van situaties.
- Je bent nauwgezet en nieuwsgierig, je kan de behoeften van je interne klanten analyseren en oplossingen voorstellen die je duidelijk kan uitleggen.
- Je geeft blijk van autonomie, initiatief, een analytische geest en synthese.
- Je past je manier van communiceren aan je publiek aan. Je kan de brug vormen tussen de technische en de professionele teams.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Frans en Engels of in het Frans en Nederlands.
**Jouw kennis**:
- Je begrijpt de globale werking van de bank, haar processen, deelnemers en informatiestromen.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van gegevensverwerking en -analyse.
- Je bent vertrouwd met algemene IT-tools.
- Je beheerst IT-tools en -talen (zoals focus, BO, SQL, Excel, dataviz tool, SAS, Python, R, etc.).
**Jouw ervaring**:
- Je beschikt over een diploma van hoger onderwijs (universitair of hogeschool) in informatica, wiskunde, ingenieurswetenschappen,... of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je brengt al een eerste geslaagde ervaring mee met de exploitatie van databanken en het sturen van projecten.
