- Je bent een echte people reader en weet als geen ander om medewerkers mee te nemen in het Coolblue verhaal. Je helpt je collega’s in de winkel de meetbare resultaten en bijbehorende competenties te verbeteren door het inzetten van één-op-één coaching.
- Je haalt plezier uit mensen inzichten te geven in hun professionele ontwikkeling
- Je hebt commerciële feeling en weet wat nodig is om de klantbeleving tot een hoger niveau te tillen. Je meet en monitort objectief de kwaliteit van het klantcontact op winkel-, team-, en individueel niveau.
- Je gaat graag op zoek naar de oorzaak waarom een medewerker vastloopt en welke veranderingen deze nodig heeft om beter te worden in klantencontacten.
- Je signaleert in jouw winkels (Zaventem en Brussel) waar de grootste groeikansen liggen op het gebied van de kwaliteit van het klantcontact in het winkelteam. Op basis hiervan bepaal je samen met je lead welke winkelmedewerkers gecoacht worden.

- Je hebt ervaring op het gebied van coachen en ontwikkelen.
- Commerciële vaardigheden overbrengen.
- Inzichten geven in gesprekstechnieken.
- Het vermogen om kansen te signaleren en verbeteren.
- Het geven van feedback op een stimulerende wijze.
- Jouw communicatiestijl afstemmen op verschillende doelgroepen.
- Je hebt uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse EN Franse taal (in woord en schrift).
- Je werkt binnen de openingstijden van de winkel, werken in het weekend en avonduren is voor jou geen probleem.
- Je bent je eigen agenda. Multitasken van meetings, coaching en administratie is voor jou geen probleem.
