Spring Professional is looking for a freelance ‘Go-to-Market Specialist (Renewables B2B)’ for our client, one of the largest energy producing companies on the Belgian Market. **Functie**:
Mission As a first assignment of mínimally 6 months, the Renewables B2B Go-to-Market specialist will focus on the B2B photovoltaics (PV) market. Since more then eight years, our client has claimed its place in the PV market, covering both the B2C and the B2B market for PV installations. The Go-to-Market specialist will assist in the realisation of their ambition to develop new business models related to large solar installations. He/she will help to execute their Solar strategy and will report to the Senior Manager Solar during this assignment. By essence, the function is operating in a transverse mode within this company (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Optimisation, Production,.) and across this company (the PV subsidiaries who take care of the installations). Key responsibilities of the ‘Go To Market Manager’: The Go-to-Market specialist will take ownership and responsibility for execution of certain aspects of the Solar strategy, such as: Set-up of commercial processes to service new client segments. Together with Marketing & Sales and subsidiaries, define and implement processes around new products and services for PV customers. Product development across the entire PV value chain; responsible for building and maintaining tools to industrialize our offer & process. Gathering market intelligence about B2B clients; which type of solar products do they require, which installation size, which contract duration, etc. Development and delivery of complete financing solutions (such as Power Purchase Agreements) based on customer needs and compatible with the latest legislations and subsidy support systems. Important: The Go-to-Market specialist will not only define a vision or approach but he/she will also be tasked with the first implementation phase. For example, he/she will reach out to customers to test new business models.

This is how we see our ‘Go To Market Manager’: University degree, preferably business oriented (such as commercial engineering, economics,) or equivalent through training or experience Fluent in Dutch and French and proficient in English At least 10 years of relevant professional experience for example in product management, sales or marketing Strong expertise in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market strategies and Project Management Experience within energy industry is a plus You enjoy teamwork, you are able to collaborate through your good communication skills Ability to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders and operate with multi-cultural teams You are a real challenger who knows how to achieve a goal. You are able to motivate and mobilize people. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
