Onze klant is een grote speler in de **luxesector**. Zij zijn op zoek naar een **Digital Marketing Specialist (M/V/X)** in Vilvoorde, die deel zal uitmaken van het digitale marketing team
De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie als **Digital Marketing Specialist (M/V/X)** zijn:
- Proactief signaleren van kansen op het gebied van online marketing en e-commerce en deze vertalen naar concrete online acties. Je focust hierbij op het realiseren van online KPI's.
- Het mee bedenken en uitvoeren van online marketingcampagnes en leveranciers. In nauwe samenwerking met o.a. de afdelingen Marketing, Inkoop en CRM zorg jij voor een 360-graden doorvertaling van campagnes. Op basis van een goede analyse en evaluatie stuur je bij en adviseer je over toekomstige campagnes.
- Bedenken en uitzetten van e-commerce optimalisatiecampagnes gericht op het verhogen van conversie. A/B testing speelt hierin een belangrijke rol.
- Het updaten en optimaliseren van de webshop. Een belangrijk onderdeel hiervan is het testen en controleren van alle online promoties.
- Het briefen van de digital designers bij promotionele en/of inspirationele beauty campagnes op de website.
- Continu inspelen op marktontwikkelingen en trends binnen marketing en media ter verbetering van de business.
De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie als **Digital Marketing Specialist (M/V/X)** zijn:
- Je hebt een Bachelor Diploma Digital Marketing.
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring binnen Online Marketing en e-Commerce (bijvoorbeeld als Online Marketeer) en je hebt affiniteit met de retail
- en beautysector.
- Je hebt relevante ervaring met het sturen op online KPI's, zoals sales, traffic en conversie.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, SEA, etc.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
- Het is belangrijk dat je communicatief sterk bent en stevig in je schoenen staat.
