Om die uitdagingen het hoofd te bieden, zoeken we jouw marketing en communicatie ervaring, gecombineerd met een hands-on mentaliteit. Onder de vleugels van onze Senior MarCom Specialist creëer en coördineer je de interne en externe communicatie voor Event Masters vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Willebroek.

Jouw uitdaging:

- Je voert het communicatieplan met veel goesting uit en beheert daarbij ook het communicatiebudget.
- Je verzorgt alle copywriting: blogs, nieuwsbrieven, social media posts, persberichten.
- Je zorgt voor de rode draad - hoe, wat en waar - van de contentstrategie.
- Je vertaalt interne vragen naar projecten en multi-channel campagnes, waarbij je steeds kan terugvallen op externe experten.
- Je zet ons merk in de kijker met pakkende presentaties.
- Je beheert onze bestaande social media kanalen en adviseert over nieuwe opportuniteiten.
- Je bedenkt en voert social media advertising campagnes uit.
- Je gaat mee op stap met onze Masters en brengt verslag uit op onze digitale kanalen.
- Je streeft naar een optimale SEO van de Event Masters websites en onderhoudt deze.
- Je bent de bewaker van de Event Masters branding.
- Je rapporteert aan de senior marcom expert.

Wie jij bent:

- Je kan terugvallen op een paar jaar ervaring of overtuigt ons van jouw wild starters enthousiasme.
- Je hebt een vlotte pen en schrijft foutloos, moeiteloos en wervend in het Engels en het Nederlands.
- Je bent een creatieve geest in zowel concept, beeld en taal.
- Je beheerst alle digitale tools die je als marketeer en communicator nodig hebt.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent hands-on.
- Je komt graag in contact met al je collega’s.
- Je hebt oog voor nieuwe trends binnen je vakgebied en evalueert de inzetbaarheid voor ons bedrijf.
- Je bent een echte initiatiefnemer en werkt graag projectmatig.
- Je houdt steeds een overzicht over de volledige interne en externe communicatie en volgt alles nauwgezet op.
- Dikke pluspunten? Kennis van grafische programma’s (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva of andere), kennis van een montageprogramma (Première, Rush, iMovie of andere) & een zwak voor de eventsector
