Functional Analyst

Définir les spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées sur base des besoins exprimés par le business et en collaboration avec le Product Owner ;
- Analyser et modéliser ces besoins sous forme de scénarios utilisateurs et de maquettes d’écran ;
- Analyser les améliorations à apporter au produit aussi bien du point de vue fonctionnel que de l’expérience utilisateur ;
- Etre le référent pour l'équipe de développement sur les aspects fonctionnels et ainsi garantir la cohérence du produit ;
- Privilégier les solutions qui peuvent répondre à plusieurs besoins ;
- Décrire les scénarios de test et participer à leur validation avec le service contrôle qualité logiciel
- Participer aux activités SCRUM de l’équipe DEV (stand-up, sprint planning, rétrospective, etc)
- Méthodologie Agile et SCRUM ;
- Connaissances d’UML et BPMN ;
- Nice to have : Outils de conception et de maquettage (Visio, Balsamiq, autres)
- Grande capacité à rédiger et à s’informer ;
- Gestion des priorités ;
- Anglais technique ;
- Capable de convaincre, fédérer et motiver
