**What You Can Expect**:
As part of the HR team, you will:

- Provide HR support to functional units in close cooperation with the HR Director and HRBP
- Deliver HR services and support to internal and external clients
- Ensure strong interaction with business partners, Compensation & Benefits and HRIS (LTI/merit/bonus/promotions/adjustments), Learning & Development (Training and Workshops) and Corporate HR
- Support the team in assigned HR projects

**How You Create Impact**:

- Assist and support the HR team in all administrative, Recruiting and Project work
- Act as the main point of information for administrative queries from employees
- Manage personnel files and keeping them up to date (SAP), general diary management, managing holidays and absences
- Help to deal with new members of staff or those who are leaving
- Enter/maintain all necessary data to Zimmer Biomet’s HR systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, business communications, data summaries, and other documents of both a recurring and non-recurring nature
- Perform moderately complex analyses of data to draw inferences or conclusions
- Develop and institute HR best practices of the department’s policy, procedures, and processes
- Help ensure that HR budgeting is met
- Assist HRBP in identifying talents, ensuring succession planning and foreseeing organizational development (OD) needs
- In a regular turn host the Introduction day for new team-members

**What Will Make You Stand Out**:
You have an educational background in Human Resources and/or in a commercial area combined with relevant professional experience.

You are fluent in Dutch and/or in French and you have a good command of English.

**What Will Make You Successful**:

- 3-5 years of professional experience in the Human Resources department in a similar role, ideally in an international company
- Solid and broad HR knowledge (Hiring for different business functions, levels and profiles, HR best practices/tools/processes, HR Dev., Belgian labor law, C&B etc. is an asset)
- Sound user knowledge of SAP HR/HCM
- Able to work in a cross-cultural environment
- Very good communicator with strong social competencies
- Team player with a positive customer-oriented attitude
- High level of energy, personal accountability and integrity
