**Als HR Data Administrator ben je verantwoordelijk om alle HR gerelateerde data te verzamelen, te structureren en te analyseren.**
Vervolgens trek je hier conclusies uit die voor nieuwe inzichten zorgen binnen WEngage. Jouw doel is om HR te ondersteunen in het maken van betere beslissingen gebaseerd op jouw analyses.

..**Wat doe je?**:
**Binnen HR ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle analysevragen.**
Samen met het HR management van HR stel je requirements en KPI’s op. Op basis van deze requirements ga je de nodige data uit de verschillende systemen ontsluiten om hier vervolgens analyses en dashboards rond te maken. Hiervoor zal je ook nauw samenwerken met dataspecialisten van andere departementen.
Concreet breng je diverse HR-topics in kaart door hier analyses rond te maken zoals: instroom van kandidaten (Fill rate %), aantal vacatures, doorlooptijd van vacatures, het verloop binnen de onderneming, absenteïsme.... Je zal hiervoor nauw samenwerken met HR en de verschillende departementen. Tot slot krijg je heel wat ad-hoc vragen van HR en de andere departementen. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt rond al hun data gerelateerde vragen.
**Waarin zal je uitblinken?**:
- Bachelor of Master bij voorkeur met een data-gerelateerde specialisatie.
- Studies gecombineerd met een HR-achtergrond zijn hierbij een plus.
- Jong professionals, schoolverlaters of een eerste werkervaring zijn welkom.
- Kennis Power BI
- Kennis van HR processen (bij voorkeur).
- Voeling met databases/formaten.
- Sterke Excel kennis.
- Analytisch en communicatief sterk.
