Pricing Supervisor

What you'll do

As an experienced **Technical Pricing Supervisor** within ALD Belgium and Luxembourg you understand business needs and are capable to **lead the change**, further develop Business Intelligence (data) strategy and manage a team of 4 employees.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities are**:

- **Managing a performing team** of 4 Pricing Analysts and challenge them their specific scope.
- Define and implement a new **Pricing strategy** to reach the long and medium-term objectives. You draw your own **business plan** and translate this into action.
- **Leading annual pricing process** to maximize profit for the business while maintaining competitiveness and market positioning consistent with our brand.
- Identifying and implementing a **pricing structure and process improvements** to simplify the business and reduce errors.
- **Driving innovation** by utilizing new data sets in order to anticipate the future business performance.
- Establishing and coordinating the **pricing calendar **on BELUX level**.**:

- **Analysing the evolution of costs** according to segmentation and by proposing differentiated and consistent pricing for each population. Preparing **forecasts** concerning the evolution of future costs by taking variable discounts and bonuses into account.
- **Ensuring **the requested contracts modifications are reflected timely
- **Managing the vehicle database**.
- Supporting various departments with **analyses and budget preparations**.
- Overseeing and participate in the development, implementation and execution of various **projects**.
- You will report to the **Pricing Manager**.

In this function, you will report to the Pricing Manager.

Who we're looking for- You have a **Master's** degree, preferable in Economic, Finance or legal field.
- You have an **extensive and substantial years** (minimum **5 years**) of experience, with progressive responsibility, in **Pricing, Operating and building deal pricing teams in complex, multi-brand services**.
- You are an experienced **People Manager** and have a direct and transparent approach. You know how to inspire and motivate your team.
- You have strong **analytical skills** in translating Pricing Strategy and Business information into specific actions.
- You have a high ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and have a **natural interest in innovating** in a field that is under enormous development.
- You are **result driven** and at ease with pre-set KPIs and short deadlines.
- You have an **agile mindset** and can easily respond to changing situations in the market.
- You are a **team player**, passionate in your work and have a great learning agility.
- You are perfectly bilingual **FR/EN** and speak Dutch fluently.
