**DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
- Create business architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and actual experience developing and building models based on such framework.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as BPMN
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS
- Experience defining and implementing strategies under a CIO or equivalent.
- Ability to combine many different skills and experiences to address and solve business, information, and technology related opportunities and problems.
- Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals.
- Excellent leadership and conciliation skills.
- Group session facilitation.
- Promotion skills (“selling” the results of architectural approaches through presentations).
- Analysis and design.
- Modelling and graphical representations and abstractions.
- Excellent knowledge or interoperability projects.
- Practical experience in information extraction, as well as from big data sources.
- Experienced with UML or case tools.
- Experienced in business process analysis tools.
- In depth knowledge of information systems and enterprise architecture.
- Ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams.
- Ability to set priorities and adapt to changes in a quick, professional manner.
- Excellent knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring projects.
- Sound business case development and approvals skills.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methods such as RUP, Agile.
- Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the programme.
- Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities.
- Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.
- Create and implement a business vision.
- Coordination of the implementation of the business and technical architecture requirements. - Definition and analysis of the business requirements. Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and track activities against the plan.
- Participation in functional working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.

**LEVEL OF EDUCATION
As stated in the Article 2.6.3.1. of DIGIT-TM II Service requirements, a minimum educational qualification for lot 3 is: Level of education corresponding to Level 7 of the European Qualification Framework which typically corresponds to a master’s level or 5 years of higher education.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**

Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT,, and actual experience developing and building models based on such framework.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as BPMN
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS
- Experienced in business analysis.
- Strong development background, experience with cloud architectures and experience with ServiceNow platform
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow Modules: ITSM, HRSD, SPM/APM and App Engine.
- Good knowledge of data analysis and data modelling
- Ability to perform proof of concepts (PoC) efficiently and fast.
- Good knowledge of Business Intelligence / SAP BODS 4.2 and WEBI
- Very good knowledge and practice of service oriented, REST web services, architecture
- Knowledge of interoperability technology (web services, message-oriented middleware, service-oriented bus, event architecture).
- Working experience of JAVA (JEE) technology.
- Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies.
- Usage of project management tools.
- Good knowledge of business process analysis.
- Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture.
- Proficiency in Angular (latest versions, build and automation tools), Bootstrap and Typescript.
- Experience in Web security, authentication, and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect).
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team;
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects;
- Excellent Team Player
- Ability to understand, speak and write English and French will be an advantage;

**SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

- At least 5 years of experience with JAVA
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in JAVA, APIs, and Systems Integration
- at least 5 years of experience working as Tech lead.
- Excellent knowledge of Project Management frameworks, including PM2 and/or SAFe
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow (Technical implementation)
- At least 3 years of experience with DWH & SAP BODS (Technical implementation)
- At least 5 years of specific expertise
