- Hays is looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients in Brussels._

This company is currently looking to strengthen the team by appointing a Workplace Services Solutions Lead.

**The role you will take**:

- Actively contribute to the delivery of Epics/features to improve workplace service solutions and processes to create a better experience for employees.
- Actively participate in the development of the Feature/Product teams backlog and ensure that it is aligned with the IT strategy and planned roadmap.
- Contribute to the definition of requirements (what) and refine the needs of users/customers in more detail.
- Actively participate in the governance in place with partners including the continuous improvement process.
- Identify structural improvements (e.g. recurring incidents) and help identify structural solutions.
- Influence the roadmap and contribute to the continuous improvement of the security processes and quality of the services we provide to our customers.
- Lead QoS situations where great expertise is required: understand and question the problem, provide solutions, support teams in implementation and share lessons learned afterwards to make overall improvements.
- Co-create plans (Iterations and Deliveries/Sprint) and estimate the scale and complexity of the task.
- Ensure adequate communication of identified risks to the Product Lead and Feature Manager.

**Required skills**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, IT or other related field or equivalent education
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT services sector
- In-depth written and oral communication skills (English)
- Analytical, communication and coordination skills are required to understand and document client requirements.
- Ability to conduct impact assessments and understand/document what needs to be done (breakdown of features, user stories, estimates,...)
- Experience coordinating with different suppliers (internal/external).
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Broadcom solutions is a plus.
- Experience in identifying and investigating recurring issues and working with responsible support groups to resolve them (e.g. network, software packaging and distribution, security, service desk, online support).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodology.
