Op vandaag hebben wij reeds 180 fijne collega’s op project. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Data Analyst** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
- Begeleiden van de implementatie van geoptimaliseerde oplossingen
- Verantwoordelijk voor de levering van werkpakketten in het kader van kleine tot middelgrote IT-projecten
- De Business Analyst met datagerichte focus zorgt intern voor beheersing van de applicatieprocessen en bijbehorende gegevensstromen
- Coördineert de voorbereiding en levering van IS-werkpakketten in kleine tot middelgrote bedrijfsprojecten
- Stimuleert voortdurende verbetering van de kwaliteit van processen, gebruikte tools en werkprocedures
- Helpt het bedrijf bij het definiëren van behoeften en het analyseren van de impact van veranderingen en stuurt verzoeken bij met inachtneming van de technische, organisatorische en functionele mogelijkheden en beperkingen die zijn geïdentificeerd
- Leidt of voert de conceptualisering en vertaling van behoefteanalyse naar IT-oplossingen uit
- Neemt deel aan het opstellen van projectdocumenten (bijvoorbeeld Project Charter, Business Cases,)
- Vertaalt bedrijfsbehoeften naar technische specificaties in een functioneel specificatiedocument; biedt voldoende informatie voor technische analyse, zodat de projectimplementatie kan beginnen, rekening houdend met technische haalbaarheid (infrastructuur en applicaties), budget, timing, bestaande architectuur en kwaliteitseisen
- Verzekert de integratie van applicaties in samenwerking met andere afdelingen
- Zorgt voor de kwaliteit en volledigheid van testscenario’s, in nauwe samenwerking met de Business Process Owners (of IT-contactpersonen: SPOC Business)
- Kan betrokken zijn bij of toezicht houden op het ontwerpen, organiseren en/of uitvoeren van training voor key-gebruikers
- Zorgt voor de creatie en kwaliteit van documentatie voor eindgebruikers en ondersteuning
- Neemt deel aan functionele integratietests om te zorgen voor naleving van de klantbehoeften
- Kan fungeren als het enige aanspreekpunt voor het bedrijf (SPOC = Single Point of Contact)

Functie-eisen
- Diepgaande kennis van analysemethoden
- Diepgaande kennis van datamodellering
- Basiskennis van UML/BPMN/E-R Diagrams, DDD/DDA, REST/SOAP, AMQP
- Basiskennis van besturingssystemen, programmeren en databases
- Basiskennis van bedrijfsprocessen binnen de toegewezen IT-toepassingen
- Basiskennis van Agile-methoden
- Talenkennis: Frans of Nederlands + Engels
