To support our international growth, we’re looking for a talented Finance & HR apprentice and we hope it’s you

As our Finance & HR apprentice, you’ll be part of the Corporate Team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance and the Head of HR.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be a key member of the Team in a pivotal moment of the company’s development

**How will you make an impact?**
- You will be an active contributor in the Finance department (gaining a real insight on the different fields of Finance : Accounting, Reporting, Strategy)
- You will be involved in the HR projects and tasks: recruitment, Payroll, legal,...
- You will perform valuable work, in tasks covering a large spectrum, from administrative management to finance & business analysis, and strategy development.
- You will be in direct contact with the Heads of HR & Finance and support them ion their day-to-day tasks
- Your work will also be cross-functional enabling you to get an overview of what We Invest is all about, on top of gaining real experience in a scale-up company.

- You are comfortable with taking initiatives in projects you are working on
- You like the idea of being able to evolve, adjust and question yourself within a feedback culture
- You are fluent in French and have a very good level of English

**Practical informations**
- **Duration**: minimum of 12 months (the longer, the better)
- **Time period**: As soon as possible :)
- **Location**: Hybrid between our Brussels office and working remotely
- **Profile**: Bachelor student (preferably in administrative management with an interest for accounting and HR
- **Interest**: participation in the development of a scale-up where you can really have a meaningful impact
