Skills and experiences
Proficiency in communication in English French or Dutch.Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and best practices in CRM.Team spirit and a willingness to share knowledge, supporting mutual assistance and kindness within the team.Ability to work on large-scale projects for a diverse clientele.Holding or pursuing MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications.Expertise in functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.Proficiency in key functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
