Mission Générale

Pour renforcer notre équipe Retail, nous recherchons actuellement un.e CRM OFFICER.

Rattaché au Responsable Expérience Client, vous êtes amené(e) à travailler avec l’ensemble des départements de la filiale (IT, contrôle interne, communication, offre produit).

Vous jouez un rôle central dans le développement d’une culture de la connaissance client. En tant que garant de la donnée clients, vous travaillez étroitement avec les équipes Retail pour les sensibiliser et les former sur la capture de données. En lien avec l’expérience client, vous réalisez des études régulières et _ad hoc_ afin d’acquérir une grande compréhension de la clientèle.

Principales activités

**1 / PROJETS EXPERIENCE CLIENTS**
- Contribue à l’élaboration de la stratégie CRM de la filiale (one-to-one / one-to-many)
- Gère l’envoi du mailing du Monde d’Hermès
- Gère les commandes des éditions et participe au suivi accru du budget alloué
- Contribue au suivi de projets de clienteling en cours et au lancement de nouveaux projets en fonction des besoins des magasins
- Accompagne les équipes Retail sur les différents outils et projets CRM magasin
- Participe au ciblage clients des événements internationaux et locaux
- Réalise des veilles concurrentielles
- Coordonne les réunions commerciales (digitales ou physiques)

**2/ ENRICHISSEMENT & LA QUALITE DE LA BASE DE DONNEES CLIENTS**
- Assure l’optimisation et le suivi de la qualité de la base de données clients omnicanale
- Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Retail afin de les sensibiliser et former en continu sur la prise de données clients
- Assure le respect du RGPD en lien avec les équipes juridiques et le contrôle interne

**3/ ANALYSES EN LIEN AVEC L’EXPERIENCE CLIENTS**
- Assure le suivi des KPIs Retail (expérience clients, opérations, commerciaux)
- Réalise des analyses de ROI en lien avec les animations commerciales en magasin
- Développe des reportings sur la connaissance clients pour les équipes siège
- Interroge les équipes Retail afin de comprendre leurs besoins en connaissance clients et développe des reportings adaptés
- Réalise des études _ad hoc_ selon les priorités commerciales et stratégiques du moment
- Formation universitaire ou type École de Commerce (Business, Marketing, Digital, etc.)
- Idéalement un à deux ans d’expérience (CRM, Digital, Retail Analyst)
- La connaissance du secteur du retail est un plus
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Autonomie et proactivité
- Très bonne gestion de son temps et des priorités, agilité et flexibilité
- Sens de l'organisation et du collectif
- Capacité de communication et très bon relationnel
- Français et anglais courant. Le néerlandais ou toute langue scandinave est un plus
- Maîtrise des logiciels : Microsoft 365 et notamment Excel. Power BI, Cognos, Cegid, Dynamics sont des atouts
