THE SCOPE

Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a CRM Strategist to join its CRM team.
As Onboarding and Lifecycle CRM Strategist, you will be the owner of the Customer Onboarding process within the CRM Department and play a key role in improving the customer retention and reactivation rates, but especially the activation rate. Diving on customers flow, the CRM Strategist will be able to identify areas of improvement understand all marketing campaigns and paid media strategy, create customer models, and of course, collaborate with the SMSI team and the rest of teams involved in the onboarding process.
YOUR ROLE
- **Creating **communication streams that maximize conversion.
- **Collaborating** with the content, design, and the rest of CRM department to also improve the results of the platform.
- **Ideating and implementing** player segmentations, and lifecycle streams
- **Benchmark customers’ flows** in other gaming companies and also different industries
- **Interpret** the provided reports to pinpoint areas of improvement
- **Participate in the creation **of new reports that may yield more accurate results
- **Collaborate **with key business stakeholders: Business Intelligence, Data Science, IT Business (local & global), Marketing, UX.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- **CRM software expertise**, especially experience with A/B testing
- **Ability to learn new technologies** quickly and train others
- Strong **mathematical skills** to analyze reports and work with large data sets
- Attention to **detail**, to manage the integrity of the CRM data
- **Commercial awareness** to understand the target market and design campaigns accordingly
- Ability to convey a **sense of urgency**:
- You are **fluent in Dutch**, and you have a **good level of English.**:
- With **good communication skills**, you are able to communicate easily with other teams and colleagues
- You have an **excellent knowledge of the office suite**. Knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
