**YOUR MISSION**:
As a **Junior** **CRM** **Business Consultant**, you will guide our clients through CRM implementation and related projects, focusing on marketing, sales, and service. You will work closely with both the Elixir team and customer teams to deliver the best results.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Functional analysis of the projects requirements
- Lead workshops with customers
- Translation of business requirements into a functional design that can be interpreted by the technical team
- Listen to the customer, capture and understand their needs and advise on business processes, solutions and possible optimizations
- Implement, configure and monitor the solutions based on the requirements
- Support users during the testing phase
- Demonstrate the developed solutions and train users in their new tools and processes
- Support users after go-live of the new solutions
- Write documentation if needed
- Support juniors on their projects

**THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- You have a degree in computer science or Economics / Business administration, or similar, with a strong interest in digital technologies
- You have a strong self-supporting, consultative attitude and 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with HubSpot is a big plus. Alternatively you have experience with a CRM tool, like Salesforce, MS Dynamics or other alternatives
- Good working knowledge of **English and Dutch / French**. Any other language is an asset.
- A team player with cross-functional collaboration skills who can adapt to a changing market and organizational needs
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Ability to manage multiple projects within a dynamic and high-pressure environment
