**Job omschrijving**: Als HR Training & Development Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een strategisch opleidingsbeleid binnen de organisatie. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het detecteren van opleidingsbehoeften en het verhogen van competentieniveaus. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het administratief beheer van opleidingen, subsidieaanvragen en diverse projecten gericht op de ontwikkeling van de organisatie.
**Profiel**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma bedrijfspsychologie
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om opleidingsbehoeften te detecteren
- Ervaring in het ontwikkelen en geven van trainingen
- Kennis van HR-systemen, zoals AFAS en AX Dynamics
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
- Competenties zoals plannen en organiseren, organisatiesensitiviteit, strategisch denken, klantgerichtheid en samenwerken
