**Your role & responsibilities**
- You are part of a dynamic team that continues to strive for possible optimizations, in line with the mission and vision of ECS
- You are responsible for timely and correct invoicing & data input and receive the necessary internal training and guidance for this:
- You distinguish between the different types of invoices
- You process the communication of our customers and suppliers in the tms packages
- You maintain close contact with our suppliers and customers and handle their comments and questions in a professional manner.
- You do not shy away from dealing flexibly and quickly with different tms packages.
- You use your hands-on attitude to find solutions with the customer and supplier in order to further improve the service.

**Your profile**
- You know how to get to work
- You are administratively strong, correct and fast.
- You are available full-time
- You have a general higher secondary education degree or equivalent, any experience in an administrative position is definitely an asset
- You are communicatively strong and accurate
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently
- Office programs are no stranger to you
