Op de bouwplaatsen of in onze hoofdzetel in het hartje van de stad verbeteren onze teams de levenskwaliteit van de Brusselaars en vormen ze een drijvende kracht in de energietransitie.
**BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?**:
Bij Sibelga staat veiligheid centraal zowel op het vlak van sensibilisering als op het vlak van opleiding, werkmethodes, instructies... De Interne Dienst voor Preventie en Bescherming (IDPB) houdt zich bezig met alles wat van ver of van nabij komt kijken bij het welzijn op het werk. De IDPB volgt de wetgeving inzake veiligheid en werkomgeving op de voet en vertaalt deze regelgeving in verschillende processen. Verder analyseert deze dienst de risico's die verbonden zijn aan de activiteiten van Sibelga, de arbeidsongevallen en de nodige preventiemaatregelen. De IDPB wordt ook ingeschakeld bij de keuze en de inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe producten, gereedschappen, voertuigen, gebouwen, enz.
Deze dienst bestaat uit twee afzonderlijke cellen: Hard en Soft. Zij staan in interactie met elkaar om de opdrachten van de dienst in goede banen te leiden.
**JOUW JOB**:
De cel Hard wenst een nieuwe functie te creëren die technische expertise en preventie op het werk combineert om de technische diensten te adviseren opdat zij verder op een hoog veiligheidsniveau kunnen werken.
De activiteitendomeinen van deze diensten zijn: de distributie van gas (middendruk en lage druk) en elektriciteit (middenspanning en laagspanning), het beheer van de openbare verlichting en warmte-krachtkoppelingsinstallaties, het uitrollen van een glasvezelnet en de opvolging van de uitvoering van werken door derden in het kader van Sibelga-opdrachten.
Als Technical Safety Expert sta je de Manager Technical Safety Expert bij en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan hem. Je nieuwe functie omvat hoofdzakelijk de volgende opdrachten:
- Je bent de motor achter het preventiebeleid voor alle medewerkers van Sibelga. Dankzij je technische expertise ben je het bevoorrechte aanspreekpunt van de technische diensten, bezoek je regelmatig de werven en maak je de bezoekverslagen op, pas je de veiligheidsmaatregelen toe en zorg je ervoor dat ze toegepast worden, ben je het luisterend oor voor de teams zodat je preventiemaatregelen kunt voorstellen die inspelen op hun behoeften;
- Preventiemaatregelen voorstellen, opvolgen en communiceren: je biedt ondersteuning op het gebied van risicoanalyses, je werkt mee aan het uitschrijven van werkinstructies, je maakt het technisch personeel bewust van de risico’s verbonden aan de metiers en zorgt voor de communicatie hierover;
- Je vervult de taak van technoloog bij de selectie van chemische agentia (stoffen), PBM’s en werkkledij: je staat in voor het opvolgen van de recentste technologische en wetgevende ontwikkelingen je verzorgt de contacten met fabrikanten en leveranciers, je leidt de werkgroepen binnen Sibelga in goede banen. Je helpt de technische diensten bij het zoeken naar gereedschap en andere werkuitrustingen om de veiligheid en de ergonomie op het werk te verbeteren;
- Je zorgt voor het goede verloop van de procedure van de drie groene lichten: je plaatst mee de bestellingen en verzorgt de inontvangstneming ervan, je stelt de werkuitrustingen in bedrijf (bv. : elektriciteits
- en gascabines, warmte-krachtkoppelingseenheden, gereedschap/machines, PBM’s, camionettes...) Je stelt de verslagen van de inbedrijfstelling op;
- Je analyseert de incidenten als gevolg van een technisch probleem (net en ter plaatse) om te voorkomen dat die zich herhalen: je gaat naar de plaats waar het incident zich voordeed, je neemt deel aan de debriefings, je analyseert en maakt incidentverslagen op;
- Je neemt deel aan de opleiding van het personeel: je geeft informatie en opleiding op het vlak van preventie aan de technici en de aannemers.
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je hebt een diploma industrieel ingenieur of een relevante ervaring in een industriële of technische omgeving;
- Idealiter heb je een diploma preventieadviseur niveau II of een getuigschrift veiligheidscoördinator niveau A of B;
- Je kan een ervaring van minstens 2 jaar voorleggen: je was actief in een IDPB, in een industriële of technische omgeving of als veiligheidscoördinator (idealiter in de energiesector);
- Een ervaring van 5 tot 10 jaar op het terrein is een pluspunt;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de wetgeving en de regelgeving op het gebied van preventie. Een goede kennis van de energiesector is een troef;
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands/Frans;
