**_ QC OT Security Lab Systems Senior specialist_**:
**Job purpose**:
The Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Officer for Belgium QC:

- ensures that OT risk is appropriately assessed, prioritized, and mitigated across the relevant lines within this business area.
- ensures that centrally defined OT security standards and controls are appropriately considered and adopted / adapted by Belgium QC
- ensures the business area’s response to vulnerabilities, alerts and crisis management is appropriate and that adequate change management is in place.
- will actively contribute for the definition of network integration strategies for QC computerized Lab systems, in line with GSK Tech rules and policies, based on business requirements and following QA and Cyber Security experts’ recommendations.

**In this role you will**:
With a high degree of autonomy and in a team of IT-skilled profiles, dedicated to the management of computerized lab systems:

- actively participate in and provide business input into the design, documentation, implementation and continued support of OT cybersecurity standards and associated tools (e.g., access management tool) and controls. This would include the maintenance of these controls and their associated documentation post deployment
- liaise with business line leaders, science, and engineering SMEs within the business area, in making cybersecurity decisions.
- collaborate with Global and Local engineering groups, Quality Digital & Tech and Central Tech, including the Cybersecurity Office (CSO), and Global Products & Technology (GP&T) stakeholders to ensure the controls proposed to mitigate the risk are appropriate for the business area, correctly implemented and adopted consistently by the business area.
- ensure review and approval of Firewall (FW) rules, reference architecture, VLAN strategy and high-level strategy for local deployment.
- assess OT vulnerabilities and prepare Cyber crisis management, OT alerts, OT responses
- Training and Awareness
- This role will liaise with the business line leaders and training coordinator(s) in the business area, to identify the relevant people who should take existing OT cybersecurity training modules and ensure it is assigned to them.
- It will also support the creation and delivery of new training materials as appropriate.

Change management:

- In the role of change agent, support both the R&D Digital & Tech OT product teams and the business lines within the business area, in agile approaches to adoption/adaptation and deployment of new and existing cybersecurity controls.
- This should be done ensuring enterprise thinking is in place, with direct influence and leadership to plan, implement and manage change for local controls.
- communicates & shares detailed knowledge of best practices & current trends, acquired both internally & externally on Cyber Security Threats and Protection
- Embeds Cyber Security into all solutions and ways-of-working along the system’s life cycle.
- act as main QC SPOC for Global QC and TECH Cyber Security Office (Accountable for Cyber Security at GSK), provides expertise support in the implementation of GSK Vaccines OT Security requirements.
- manages internal network of local experts and ensure sharing of best practice and learnings in area of expertise.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master level or equivalent by experience in computer sciences (IT Integration, IT Support, IT Infrastructure, IT Services (ITIL), Cyber Security)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical environment (QA, CSV, Data Integrity)
- Expertise in defining network integration solutions for computerized lab systems.
- Strong experience with Lab and IT activities, advanced knowledge in IT Infrastructure and IT Risks and Compliance aspects
- Proven experience in the field of analytical lab equipment (GAMP, CFR 21)

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- Highly comfortable with working in a diverse, ambiguous and a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with drive to synthesize the story into an actionable set of recommendations,
- Ability to quickly assimilate facts and data and develop an understanding of complex matters.
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view, to challenge and debate issues.
- Ability to assess needs & constraints and convert these into a realistic solution.
