Our client is looking for a driven 'Consultant Broker Support' to join their team to lower the threshold to justice through valuable data analysis and reporting. In this you will be responsible for commercial reporting, convention management with brokers and general data and collaboration support. **Description**
- You are responsible for commercial reporting, both internally and externally, and for sales performance and profitability analyses.
- You manage the conventions with the brokers, the groups and special accounts, in which agreements are made about rates and/or remuneration (surcom, rate,... conventions)
- You participate in the general support of the Commercial Management, the Account Managers and the Support Managers in terms of data, reporting and collaboration with brokers
- You provide support to the Broker Support Officers, who are the first point of contact for brokers and are responsible for administrative producer management.
- You also work as a project leader or project assistant in projects related to data quality and processing, reporting, Sales support, Sales performance management, etc.

**Profile**
- You hold at least a Master (Economics, Finance, Commercial Engineering,...) or equivalent through experience
- Master Information Management is a plus but not a requirement
- Strong analytical skills and driven by working with data and figures
- Affinity with insurance distribution is a plus
- Experienced in Excel, including with complex functions, pivot tables and BI cubes
- Knowledge of and experience in dashboarding and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau,...) is a plus
- Eye for detail and precision
- Customer and solution oriented, hands-on, sees opportunities
- Independent in the planning of his/her work
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch supplemented with a decent knowledge of French
