Notre client est à la recherche d'un "Consultant Broker Support" motivé pour rejoindre son équipe afin d'abaisser le seuil de la justice grâce à des analyses de données et des rapports précieux. Pour ce faire, vous serez responsable des rapports commerciaux, de la gestion des conventions avec les courtiers et de l'assistance générale en matière de données et de collaboration. **Description**
- Vous êtes responsable du reporting commercial, tant interne qu'externe, et de l'analyse des performances de vente et de la rentabilité.
- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des conventions avec les courtiers, les groupes et les comptes spéciaux, dans le cadre desquelles des accords sont conclus sur les tarifs et/ou la rémunération (conventions surcom, tarif,...).
- Vous participez au soutien général de la direction commerciale, des Account Managers et des Support Managers en termes de données, de rapports et de coopération avec les courtiers.
- Vous apportez votre soutien aux Broker Support Officers, qui sont le premier point de contact pour les courtiers et sont responsables de la gestion administrative des producteurs.
- Vous travaillez également en tant que chef de projet ou assistant de projet dans des projets liés à la qualité et au traitement des données, aux rapports, à l'assistance aux ventes, à la gestion de la performance des ventes, etc.

**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire au minimum d'un master (économie, finance, ingénierie commerciale, etc.) ou d'une expérience équivalente.
- Un master en gestion de l'information est un atout, mais n'est pas indispensable.
- Vous possédez de solides compétences analytiques et êtes motivé(e) par le travail avec des données et des chiffres.
- Une affinité avec la distribution d'assurances est un atout
- Expérience d'Excel, y compris des fonctions complexes, des tableaux croisés dynamiques et des cubes BI
- La connaissance et l'expérience des outils de tableaux de bord et de reporting (Power BI, Tableau,...) est un plus.
- Souci du détail et de la précision
- Orienté vers les clients et les solutions, pragmatique, capable de saisir les opportunités
- Indépendant dans la planification de son travail
- Excellente connaissance du néerlandais complétée par une bonne connaissance du français.
