**Make your mark for patients**

We are looking for a** Medical Impact & Digital Strategy Lead **who is agile and innovative to support the** Patient Value Neurology Group** to be ideally based in** Belgium or **UK, **other European countries can also be considered.

**About the role**

EU Medical Impact & Digital Lead will transform, provide medical input and expertise for the portfolio medical engagement in the Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes European team. This includes leading on congress and external partnerships’ impact.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead on congress and external partnerships’ impact
- Omnichannel strategy deployment and management
- Coordinate and provide input to data integration
- Collect insights from field medical team (FML, MSL) to upgrade CLRM system
- Actively contributes in the selection, evaluation and deployment of external HCP database
- Lead KOL journey and KOL segmentation with key focus on pre-launch medical journey
- Provide input to monitoring and measurement of key initiatives with KPIs for execution
- Able to work effectively and compliantly per UCB compliance policies - as well as within the regulations and policies established by various regulatory bodies.
- Applies creativity, innovation & out-of-box thinking to solve complex business issues

**Who you’ll work with**

Work closely with other functional areas including internal support groups, such as Legal, global digital, Mission, GMA, I2I and IT team as well as external agencies and suppliers in development and support of G2M digital transformation.

**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills**
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) required, BPharm, PhD, MD strongly preferred
- Medical experience including field and cross-functional experience within the pharmaceutical industry (5+ years)
- Experience in digital is desired with
- Good project management skills
- Leadership experience is desireable
- Experience executing strategic medical initiatives with demonstrated success in project, vendor, and budget management
- Willingness/ability to travel within EU including up to 40% at certain periods
