Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Project Manager Mulesoft** (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
- Verduidelijk de scope, de aanpak, de deadlines, de kosten en de baten van het project door een gedetailleerd projectplan en een businesscase op te stellen, in overeenstemming met de geldende bestuursmaatregelen;
- Bepaal de menselijke en technische middelen die nodig zijn voor de realisatie van alle projectdeliverables en zorgt ervoor dat deze beschikbaar zijn via interne reserveringsprocessen;
- Coördineer de levering van alle deliverables in overeenstemming met het projectplan en met name met de planning, het budget en de voorziene middelen;
- Beheer proactief de interacties en afhankelijkheden met andere projecten;
- Wijs de activiteiten toe aan de leden van het projectteam en volgt deze op;
- Zet een Agile-projectorganisatie op om een dynamiek van continue levering en validatie op te zetten. Volg het project dagelijks op in deze Agile-modus. Geef deze Agile-cultuur aan de teamleden, zodat ze hun manier van werken hierop kunnen aanpassen;
- Controleer de voortgang van de activiteiten van de teamleden, begeleidt en controleert de goede voortgang en uitvoering van deze activiteiten;
- Beheer de risico’s en problemen die verband houden met het project door corrigerende maatregelen te identificeren om de impact ervan te beperken;
- Beheer de wijzigingen tijdens de uitvoering van het project;
- Communiceer regelmatig met verschillende belanghebbenden van het project in overeenstemming met het communicatieplan dat is gedefinieerd in het projectplan en de projectportfoliomanagementprocessen;
- Zorg voor een correcte en beheerste implementatie van nieuwe functionaliteiten door de beschikbaarheid van bestaande services te waarborgen en de consistentie met nieuwe services te waarborgen;
- Zorg voor de overdracht van projectkennis om continuïteit te waarborgen in de “business as usual” -modus voor alle partijen die door het project worden beïnvloed;
- Coach de toegewezen menselijke middelen aan het project om een optimale samenwerking en een aangename werksfeer te garanderen;

Functie-eisen
- 8 jaar ervaring als Project Manager
- Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als Scrum Master/Agile Projectmanagement
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring met integratieprojecten
- Relevante ervaring in projecten met Mulesoft
- Certificaat Prince2 & Scrum Master
- Vloeiend in Nederland, Frans en Engels
- U hebt ervaring met het opstellen van businesscases;
Ervaring in een of meer van de volgende functionele domeinen is een pluspunt:

- Planning en optimalisatie van activiteiten
- Integratie

Ervaring in een of meer van de volgende technologieën is een pluspunt:

- SAP-modules
- Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning
- Mobiele apps
- GIS
