Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller, you will be the Finance Director’s right-hand man, assisting him with all kinds of administrative and financial tasks and in his dealings with other departments.

At our new site in Ghislenghien, Belgium, we develop and manufacture high precision polyamide-based insulation solutions for aluminum windows, doors, and facades.

From here, we serve the Benelux and French markets.

**What you contribute?**:
In this role, you will be required to:

- Communicate various information to the accounting firm that keeps our accounts.
- Helping to draw up forecasts and strategic plans.
- Help improve the functionality of our ERP system.
- Monitor our KPIs.
- Checking the reliability of financial data from operations.
- Working on ad-hoc requests.
- Joining our teams will give you the opportunity to take part in the creation and development of a new Group subsidiary working on innovative, environmentally-friendly projects in a fast-growing sector.

The place of employment is Ghislenghien until the end of 2024, with a move to Tournai in 2025.

**What makes you stand out?**:

- Master's degree in Economics/Management or Bachelor's degree in Accounting confirmed by initial professional experience.
- As a financial genius with a passion for numbers, you have strong analytical abilities to examine financial data, identify trends and make informed recommendations.
- You are a real Excel master and have a minimum understanding of an ERP functionality (knowledge of Business Central is an advantage)
- You speak French and English fluently. German and/or Dutch are considered a plus.
