**Functie**:
In jouw rol als **business** **process** **analyst** ben je de drijfveer als het aankomt op **analyse en optimalisatie** van de huidige systemen en processen.
Onder jouw verantwoordelijkheden vallen:
- Het verbeteren, ontwikkelen en beheren van processen
- Documenten over het **kwaliteitsbeleid** up-to-date houden (lijsten aanvullen, updaten en uitwerken)
- Uitvoeren van **interne audits** waarbij je de huidige manier van werken onder de loep neemt
- Wijzigingen doorvoeren in het ERP systeem of in andere systemen (niet effectief programmeren)
- Zorgen voor een **optimale flow** en eenzijdige werking binnen het bedrijf
- Je slaagt erin te focussen op concrete behoeften en geoptimaliseerde totaaloplossingen te realiseren
- ** Communicatie intern** met de collega's om samen met hen tot een ideale manier van werken te komen

Je werkt van maandag tot en met donderdag van 08.30u tot 17.00u. Op vrijdag kan je alvast **sneller je weekend inzetten** want dan werk je van 08.30u tot 15.00u.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Voor deze functie gaan we op zoek naar iemand met** zeer sterke analytische vaardigheden** in combinatie met zeer sterke communicatieve skills.
De ideale business process analyst herkent zich in onderstaande:
- Ziet elke dag als een nieuwe gelegenheid om verandering te brengen in de manier van werken
- Weet een zeer goede band op te bouwen met de collega's
- Helpt mee aan de groei van de firma door verbetering aan te brengen in de huidige processen
- Is open-minded en staat open voor feedback
- Je kan terugblikken op **minstens drie jaar ervaring** in een soortgelijke rol
- Heeft een goede kennis van IT & ERP-systemen
- Is een ondernemend persoon die graag successen behaald
- Aangezien de voertaal van dit bedrijf **Engels** is, heb je een zeer goede gesproken en geschreven kennis van het Engels. Andere talen zijn een sterke plus.
In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de IT Manager.

Je komt terecht in een snel groeiend, internationaal bedrijf waar een leuke, familiale sfeer hangt. Het bedrijf is actief in de distributie en verkoop van technische onderdelen met vooral toelevering naar industriële bedrijven. De klanten zijn zowel onafhankelijke kmo’s als multinationale ondernemingen en dit verdeeld over heel de wereld.
Ter versterking van het team gaan we voor hen op zoek naar een **Business Process Analyst**. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de analyse, implementatie en documentatie van de noden en problemen op het gebied van proces
- en systeemverbetering.
Je wordt tewerkgesteld vanuit het hoofdkantoor te **Erpe-Mere**.
