**Jouw taken**
- Je geeft advies aan onze interne klanten over finance en accounting processen binnen SAP
- Vanuit een behoefteanalyse coördineer je systeemverbeteringen
- Je vertaalt de behoeften van de interne klanten naar de bestaande oplossing of naar een functioneel concept
- Je denkt proactief na over mogelijke verbeteringen en neemt daarna de verantwoordelijkheid over de business need
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij functionele vragen van gebruikers m.b.t. onze Finance systemen (bv. S4 Finance), en ondersteunt hen bij de inwerking van nieuwe systemen. Dit zowel remote als op kantoor
- Voor de eindgebruikers documenteer je handleidingen en oplossingen en geef je opleidingen indien nodig
- Je blijft op de hoogte van technologische ontwikkelingen en trends op het gebied van Finance systemen
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij verschillende IT projecten gelinkt aan onze financiële afdelingen en neemt deel aan diverse werkgroepen
- Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met zowel je interne als externe partners
**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een IT-opleiding of financiële opleiding achter de rug of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt kennis van SAP S/4 HANA Finance of een sterke bereidheid om hierin een diepgaande productkennis op te bouwen
- Je bent sterk in communicatie, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je werkt graag samen in team
- Je kan je ideeën zowel technisch als in gebruiksvriendelijke taal overbrengen
- Je hebt een analytische geest en lost graag problemen op
- Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans, en hebt een goede kennis Engels
