Sous la responsabilité hiérarchique du Gaming Hall Manager, vous veillez à l’accueil des clients de la salle, assurez leur bien-être et le bon déroulement des opérations en garantissant l'expérience premium propre à notre groupe.
**Staff Member - Jambes (intérim)**
**La position**:
- Vous veillez au bon fonctionnement de la salle de jeux
- Vous inscrivez les nouveaux clients et vérifiez les informations des habitués
- Vous servez des boissons et des en-cas légers aux clients
- Vous veillez à la propreté et à l’ordre dans la salle de jeux
- Vous gérez d’éventuels conflits
- Vous aidez les personnes pour toute question relative aux jeux, fonctionnement des systèmes et/ou de la salle de jeux
- Vous travaillez en shift de 8h (nuits, week-ends et jours fériés y compris)
**Votre profil**:
- Un expérience passée dans l’horeca ou les services aux clients est un gros plus.
- Vous communiquez parfaitement en français, la connaissance d'autres langues ets un plus (notamment l'anglais ou le luxembourgeois dans ce cas)
- D’un naturel sérieux, dynamique et ponctuel
- La discrétion et la courtoisie sont de mise avec les clients
- Vous êtes honnête et loyal(e)
- Vous disposez d'un véhicule et d'un permis B afin de vous déplacer même si les transports en commun ne le permettent pas
- Travailler de nuit, en weekends et les jours fériés ne sont pas des facteurs bloquants pour vous
