**Senior Sales Manager - B2B Partnerships**

To accelerate the development and growth of Foodpairing, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can identify and set-up strategic B2B partnerships with companies that offer complementary services.

In this role, you get the opportunity to heavily impact the company’s revenue by working on high-level, international channel partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:
- You accelerate our sales channels and capabilities by setting up a wide range of strategic, B2B downstream partnerships-
- You look for partners that have complementary services and that can introduce Foodpairing’s solutions to their clients-
- You understand our product roadmap and customer value proposition and bring in partnerships that align with our strategy-
- You identify and contact prospective partners through a range of BD activities-
- You sell the range of partnership solutions to all prospects and convert commercial discussions into signed contracts- You manage partner relationships across their entire lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing success

Who are you?- Sales and/or B2B business development experience in a fast-growing, dynamic business.-
- You have a proven track record in product development in a CPG environment-
- You are experienced in managing, recruiting, onboarding and developing (international) partner relationships-
- You have outstanding communication skills and are able to present a compelling narrative to a wide variety of audiences-
- You possess strong negotiation skills, relationship building abilities, and a commercial mindset-
- Affinity with IT solutions and enterprise software / saas is considered a strong plus- You are willing to travel occasionally (every 1-2 months)
