- ** Executing CAR-T Processes**: Perform critical steps in CAR-T manufacturing, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.
- **Ensuring Compliance**: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records to maintain the quality of our cellular therapies.
- **Collaborative Efforts**: Work closely with various teams to meet production goals within a shift schedule.
- **Driving Innovation**: Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- **Maintaining Clean Rooms**: Ensure equipment cleanliness and perform environmental monitoring to maintain GMP production areas.
- **Documenting Activities**: Complete all necessary GMP documentation to ensure compliance and traceability.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- ** Education**: A bachelor's or master's degree in sciences, (bio)engineering, biotechnology, pharmacy, or a related field. Equivalent experience is also welcome.
- **Experience**: Practical experience in a cGMP or ATMP environment and familiarity with aseptic techniques in clean rooms is a plus, though full training is provided.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work in a shift system, including weekends.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in Dutch or English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- **Personal Qualities**: A true team player with the ability to work independently. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn and grow.
