**The Equity Research** team plays a crucial role in the Equity value chain at KBC Securities by helping investors allocate capital in the most effective way. To reenforce our team, we’re currently looking for a sell-side **Equity Research Analyst Life Sciences**.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:

- You will stand at the epicenter of the Benelux life sciences ecosystem where you will conduct written company research and financial analysis on life science companies and the broader sector.
- You actively pitch your ideas and market research reports towards internal stakeholders and external institutional investors in our key markets (ECM).
- You provide input for transactions in equity capital markets, including initial public offerings and follow-on transactions.
- You build, expand and maintain relationships with company C-level executives as well as international institutional clients.
- Given the importance of the Life Science franchise for KBC Securities, you also contribute to the overall development of the franchise.

**Jouw troeven?**:

- You have a passion for and background in Life Sciences, as well as a business appetite (commercial/strategy/finance) and strong interest to discover stock markets.
- You have an analytical mindset and good Excel skills. In-depth financial knowledge is a plus.
- You are a great communicator, both written and verbal, and have the ability to build client relationships.
- You have the boldness to articulate a clear point of view and challenge the status quo.
- You have the flexibility to cope with deadlines and to interpret and assess unexpected news flows and events.
- You are a reliable partner for stakeholders, both individually as in a team environment.
- You are fluent in English. Any extra language is a plus.
