Motivated and looking for a new challenge within IT recruitment, but no longer in the mood to think in boxes? Then come and color outside the lines at Tobania You will contribute to the further development of Tobania.Development, which specializes in Software
- and Application Development (Java,.NET, Low-Code,...).

**What do Recruiters do at Tobania?**
- As a Recruiter, you manage to attract the right profiles in a creative way. You are a persistent and entrepreneurial person: you want to go for it As an ambassador of Tobania you will recognize a real Tobian immediately.
- Your Business Unit Tobania.Development has no secrets for you, so showing the new Tobians around is one of your tasks. You give them a warm welcome and hot coffee. You take our values very seriously and know how to convey this to the new Tobians.
- Finally you work together with your fellow recruiters on different recruitment projects and you participate in job fairs and events.

**What profile are we looking for?***

We have a number of essentials in mind. But even more important than the list below, is your desire and drive to go for it together
- A Bachelor or Master's degree
- You have knowledge of and affinity with IT profiles
- A first experience within recruitment with preference for the recruitment of IT profiles
- You are fluent in Dutch and English and have good knowledge of French.
are flexible and not reluctant to go wider (T-shaped profile).
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ICT Job and VDAB is definitely a plus for us.
