**What does an IT-recruiter do at** **Tobania?**
- As an IT-recruiter you contribute to the further development and growth of Tobania.Development, specialized in Software and Application Development (Java,.NET, Low-Code,...). Together with your fellow recruiters you will work daily in a creative way to attract the best IT-talent for our customers.
- You follow up the recruitment process from A to Z: from the intake interview, to the writing and publishing of job ads, over the actual selection process to the contract signing and onboarding.
- Finally, you will also work on recruitment projects, job fairs and community events for our IT-consultants.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- You have a Bachelor or Masters’ degree.
- You speak Dutch/French and English fluently.
- You have strong interpersonal skills. You are empathetic, you can give and receive feedback in a constructive and respectful way, you communicate proactively (always) and you are a team player.
- You have strong negotiation skills.
- You are a go-getter and think along with us about our approach and processes. Crazy ideas, fun events, new ways to boost our vacancies? Bring it on
- You are tech-savvy and have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting IT-profiles.
- You have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ictjob, VDAB, referral recruitment,...
- You are stress resistant, result oriented and keep punctual records.
