**Senior Business Development Manager at Tobania, tell me?**
- As a Senior Business Development Manager, **you support our sales team in developing and implementing a solid sales strateg**y. You take a critical look at our processes and tools help us to optimise where necessary.
- **You generate new leads, you build the sales funnel, you make sales forecasts, and you help us to set the right KPI’s.**:
- In this role, you not only **open doors** with new customers, but you also maintain warm and long-term relationships with our existing customers. You will love them, we promise
- You will work closely with Hannes, Customer Success Manager and Wouter, co-founder of Python Predictions. And with our enthusiastic data consultants, you'll consult to offer **the best possible data solution(s)** to our customers.

**Who are we looking for?**:
**Studies**: You have a Bachelor or Masters’ degree.
**Experience**: We are looking for a **real hunter**, a **solution seller** with at least 5 years of sales experience in a B2B context and a proven track record in generating new business to C-level buyers **in the field of data solutions**.
**Languages**: You are **fluently trilingual** (NL-ENG-FR), and you know how to capture, inspire, and convince customers with your storytelling skills.
**Personal interests**:You are a real **team playe**r who believes in our mission and who wants to take it to the next level.
**Strengths**:You are a born networker, and you keep your eyes and ears open with both internal and external prospects and customers.
