Learning & Development Intern

Are you looking for an instructive internship within a fast-growing business & IT consultancy company? You're in luck Because we are looking for a motivated student who wants to be part of our Corporate HR Team. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in Tobania's talent development philosophy. But be sure to bring your own ideas too. Together with or under the wing of our L&D Manager Nancy, you will work on fun and challenging L&D projects, where you will have the opportunity to work on various initiatives in the field of Learning & Development.

**What does a L&D Intern do at Tobania?**
- Together with the Corporate HR Team, you will work towards a faster, better and more proactive Learning & Development process. Based on available data, you will make recommendations to scrutinise and follow up L&D.
- You support the L&D Manager in developing an innovative and creative training programme and coordinating action learning activities.
- You will take initiatives in the area of employee engagement and retention.
- You contribute to the evaluation of existing development and training initiatives and to the implementation and evaluation of new programmes.
- You support the L&D Manager in terms of administration and logistics.
- Depending on your interests and ambitions, you can also participate in various other topics/projects The floor is yours

We have a few essentials in mind. But even more important than the list below, are your appetite and drive to go for it together
- You are studying HR and you are passionate about Learning & Development.
- Prior knowledge of L&D is not required.
- Communication is 'the way to go' in HR and you can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. French is a bonus.
- You are ready to put theory into practice. You also enjoy learning on your own. Practice what you will be preaching.
- You can do an internship longer than 3 months, four days a week or full time, no matter which semester. We like to offer students the opportunity to gain targeted practical experience throughout the year.
