**Jouw uitdaging**:
Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het productieteam van 50 personen in het energiebedrijf. Je beheert de operatie om dagdagelijks de verschillende energieën ter beschikking te stellen van de productiebedrijven op de site. Samen met de asset, process en maintenance collega’s bereid je mee de impact op de organisatie voor van turnarounds, installatiewijzigingen en implementaties van projecten.
- Je rapporteert aan de operations manager van het Energiebedrijf.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van de installaties. Dit omvat het opstellen van instructies voor de dagdagelijkse bedrijfsvoering en shutdowns, het oplossen van storingen inclusief analyse van oorzaken en het voorstellen tot corrigerende maatregelen. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met verschillende vakgroepen.
- Je hebt een hands on - mentaliteit en sterke analytische vaardigheden voor het zoeken en oplossen van problemen en het leveren van de gevraagde volumes voor de site.
- Dankzij je goede sociale vaardigheden kan je continuïteit geven aan de huidige goede teamwerking.
- Je houdt rekening met kwaliteit, kwantiteit, veiligheid en milieu. Zo kom je samen tot de gewenste resultaten.
- Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om via verscheidene opleidingen, on-the-job training en projecten je competenties, op technisch, methodisch en persoonlijk vlak, verder te ontwikkelen.

- Je bent afgestudeerd als burgerlijk ingenieur chemie/werktuigkunde of hebt een Phd chemie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt door ervaring een stevige technische kennis over procestechniek, mechanisch onderhoud en bedrijfsautomatisering.
- Van anderen coachen en motiveren door je open en directe communicatie krijg je zelf energie. Je bent een echte teamplayer.
- Methodisch werken en zin voor organisatie en efficiëntie is je tweede natuur. Hierbij ga je steeds veiligheidsbewust te werk.
- Als lid van het bedrijfsteam neem je je verantwoordelijkheid om bedrijfsdoelstellingen te behalen.
