**WHAT YOU DO**
As an International Responsible Person, you are responsible for the **continuous improvement** of the **quality systems** for **pharmaceutical products** within H.Essers and you function as a **contact point** to government agencies, in order to guarantee good quality to our customers.
This includes the following tasks:
- **Managing and coordinating** a team of Responsible Persons (spread throughout Europe) so that the employees are well attuned to each other and can guarantee the smooth running of activities.
- To shape, implement and maintain the **quality processes** within H.Essers in order to guarantee good quality to customers and to comply with legal standards.
- Be responsible for the implementation and **continuous improvement** of the quality management systems within H.Essers in order to guarantee good quality to customers and to comply with legal standards.
- Act as **point of contact** for the relevant government agencies in case of questions and quality problems.
**WHAT YOU HAVE**
In the first place you have to fulfil the requirements **for Responsible Person** GDP in accordance with 95-2 of the Royal Decree of 14 December 2006 on medicines for human and veterinary use. In order to achieve all this, and to create a support base within the organization in order to make **quality a top priority**, you are able to build up a **relationship of trust**, not only with internal stakeholders but also with customers and relevant (government) bodies. Because of this, but also by offering **out-of-the-box** solutions, you know how to convince others.
