We are on the lookout for a/an** **Enterprise Architect** **to join our team for working with European Institutions based in** **Brussels** in an **Near site** position**.**

For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.

DIGIT.B.3 supports Trans-European Services among the European Commission, national administrations, and agencies to improve efficiency through harmonization.

It manages Digital Trust Services, including the EU Sign electronic signature and eIDAS regulation components.

The DISS sector focuses on identity and access management with components like EU Login and EU Access. There is a need for additional governance for digital identity management within this ecosystem.

Below are the details of your role and requirements.

**Your role**:

- Create business architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals
- Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities
- Identify ways to reduce costs in IT and business leadership
- Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities
- Conduct research to find ways to improve operations
- Contribute to the definition, development and improvement of all architecture related processes and documentation (architecture principles, framework, process, templates, artefacts)
- Offer technical consultancy whenever required
- Assess incoming demands and requests
- Collaborate with other technical architects inside and outside of the organization to assist them in delivering technical solutions within European Commision.
- Assist in the creation and implementation a DevSecOps transformation vision and a multi-year implementation plan
- Deliver quality and detailed documentation related to the implemented services which cover but are not limited to Installation and configuration Guides, Operational procedures, various other service-related mandatory documentation
- Perform knowledge transfer, service handover to operations and offer assistance with roll-out of new ICT Platform projects;

Who we think you are:

- Ability to combine many different skills and experiences to address and solve business, information,

and technology related opportunities and problems
- Experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals
- Excellent leadership and conciliation skills
- Communications skills, both verbal (e.g.: presentations, seminars, etc.), and written (e.g.: reports, articles, etc.).
- Group session facilitation.
- Create intake service analysis, high level (HLD) and low level (LLD) designs
- Relevant work experience with DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Microservices Architecture, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible proxy configuration and maintenance (OpenVPN, HAProxy or Nginx)
- Working knowledge of the ITIL framework, DevSecOps Tools based on Jenkins, Bitbucket, Nexus,JIRA.
- Proven experience in design and implementation of Identity and Access Management processes and procedures
