Binnen ons departement Applications, zijn wij op zoek naar een Enterprise Architect die gaat werken onder het motto: In Close Cooperation Ben je gepassioneerd door het uittekenen van de architectuur van complexe applicaties? Geniet je van de intensiteit van iteratieve softwareontwikkeling? En ben je bovendien vertrouwd met de principes van Agile werken en het begeleiden van verschillende teams? Dan ben jij degene die wij zoeken
- Als architect ben je het klankbord binnen en buiten de organisatie van Cegeka.
- Je definieert en volgt grote software projecten / programma's op (3 scrum teams of meer) waarvan je de architectuur uittekent
- Samen met de klant maak je assessments van het business & strategie applicatielandschap.
- Je definieert, samen met de klant, software ontwikkelingsprojecten rekening houdend met de strategische en business behoeften. De focus ligt op de IT roadmap, Strategie, etc.
- Je bent het klankbord binnen Cegeka voor projectteams, programma's en management. Je hebt naast je hoofdproject een overkoepelende rol waarbij je je visie deelt, ondersteuning biedt en advies geeft.
- Je bepaalt en verantwoordt technische keuzes met rationele argumenten. Je gebruikt technologiestaks met bewezen waarde, maar tegelijkertijd zorg je voor toekomstbestendige initiatieven door innovatie te introduceren en te stimuleren.
- Je introduceert innovatieve ideeën binnen de organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat deze ook gedeeld worden met andere teams.
- Deze centrale rol vereist ook dat je verantwoordelijk bent als people manager : je stuurt en evalueert medewerkers en bent actief betrokken bij talent management.
- Je krijgt een prominente rol richting de klant en de business. Communiceren met C-level en business stakeholders zijn complexe en uitdagende gesprekken die jou energie geven.
**Wat breng jij mee?**:
- Ruime ervaring met professionele enterprise Java is een must
- Je brengt een arsenaal aan technieken mee om de functionele en niet-functionele doelstellingen voor een applicatie te identificeren en te definiëren.
- je kan de architectuur van complexe applicaties ontwerpen, rekening houdend met alle niet-functionele vereisten zoals security, performantie, schaalbaarheid en je communiceert dit naar meerdere teams.
- Je expertise laat je toe om een duidelijk zicht te krijgen op de (technische) risico's in termen van impact en waarschijnlijkheden en je werkt een risico mitigatie plan uit.
- Je hebt een brede kijk op Web
- en Database technologieën, communicatieprotocollen, integratietechnieken, gedistribueerde systemen, Devops, security etc.
- Uitstekende operationele kennis in netwerkbeheer, systeembeheer, cloud, enz. is eveneens vereist.
- Je hebt ervaring met of interesse in cloud native architecturen.
- Je ken de mogelijkheden van concepten als O.O., design patterns, domain-driven design, refactoring en unit testing. Het is niet noodezakelijk ze zelf toe te passen.
- Scrum en eXtreme Programming zijn Agile ontwikkelmethodieken die je graag toepast en weet toe te passen.
- Je voelt je meteen thuis in de resultaatgerichte, no-nonsense aanpak van een groeiend bedrijf als Cegeka.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel binnen je team als naar de klant toe. Je kan je ideeën ook overbrengen aan minder technische partners.
- Je hebt een ondernemersgeest en durft uitdagende gesprekken aan te gaan en je positie te verdedigen.
- Je bent leergierig, stressbestendig en pragmatisch.
