Acteur du top 3 de l'IT en Belgique, NRB se développe encore et engage de nombreux nouveaux collaborateurs. Pour ce faire, nous recherchons un ou une **Talent acquisition and mobility specialist** pour ensemble relever les défis à venir.

**TON EQUIPE**

Au sein du département des Ressources Humaines, tu intègres **l'équipe Talent acquisition and mobility management **composée actuellement de 5 personnes. Ta manager sera Sarah Thiry.

**TA MISSION**

Tes responsabilités principales s'articuleront autour de 3 axes:
**1. Talent Acquisition (~70% de ton temps)**:

- identifier avec le manager son besoin en termes de profil
- rédiger une offre d'emploi attractive selon le public cible
- préparer avec le manager et toute l'équipe HR l'onboarding du nouveau collaborateur

**2. Mobilité Interne**:

- accompagner les collègues qui souhaitent bénéficier d'un accompagnement de carrière ou d'une mobilité interne
- donner du feedback authentique, orienter, conseiller

**3. Gestion de projets RH**:

- développer des relations solides avec les managers et tes collègues HR afin d’optimiser l’efficacité du processus de recrutement
- participer à des projets HR transversaux : employer branding, jobdays, onboarding...

**TON PROFIL**
- Master ou Bachelor (RH, psychologie, etc.)
- minimum **3 ans d’expérience** dans la gestion du cycle de vie complet d'un processus de **recrutement**:

- de l'expérience dans le domaine de l'IT ? C'est un atout
- capacité de fixer tes priorités et de traiter un volume élevé de recherches en parallèle et de projets de manière autonome
- expérience dans les outils de sourcing (LinkedIn recruiter) et ATS
- bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, y compris de la suite Microsoft Office, ainsi que de l’exploration des données et des médias sociaux
- une bonne connaissance du français et de l’anglais est indispensable, la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
