ERA - Hôtel Fleur de Ville is the newest addition to the boutique hotel collection of Everland, a prominent Belgian hospitality company. With 51 rooms housed in a historic and stunning building located in the city centre, our establishment will feature a Fine Casual restaurant showcasing modern European cuisine infused with influences from surrounding countries and Mediterranean flavours.
Committed to sustainability, our restaurant will operate with an innovative zero-waste ethos, utilizing only the freshest, carefully selected ingredients. We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our innovative, zero waste and sustainable restaurant concept.

**What you'll be doing with us**:
We are seeking a young, energetic, and driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering top-notch customer service, and supporting our team to achieve excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supports the smooth running of the restaurant, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
- Assist in training and development of team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
**Requirements of the Restaurant Supervisor**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
- You are now located in Brussels (or nearby)
- Positive, ambitious mindset with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, creative, and energetic approach to work.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
