**We rekenen op jou voor de volgende taken**:
- Offreren, onderhandelen en realisatie van contracten technische verzekeringen
- Aanvragen van makelaars analyseren en beantwoorden
- Regelmatige contacten met de makelaars om de nodige informatie te verzamelen
- Het actief uitwerken van cross-lobs oplossingen en X-selling met andere takken en meer bepaald met de “Alle bouwplaatsrisico’s”
- Bewaren van de kwaliteit van de onderschrijving, zowel op het vlak van de technische aspecten (correcte toepassing voorwaarden en tarieven) als op het vlak van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening (snelheid, correct aanspreken van makelaars en klanten, oplossen van moeilijke situaties).
- Als Field Underwriter van de tak tienjarige aansprakelijkheid meewerken aan een duurzame groei in deze tak. Dit op vlak van realisatie van nieuwe zaken, conventies met makelaars, alsmede het ontwikkelen van vernieuwde voorwaarden en lucratieve dekkingen
- Op een vlotte en efficiënte manier onderhouden en uitbouwen van relaties met makelaars en klanten.
- Het ter plaatse assisteren van toegewezen makelaars bij de realisatie van zaken constructplan tienjarige aansprakelijkheid
- De makelaar bijstaan bij de realisatie van nieuwe zaken of bij de onderhandeling van bestaande zaken bij de klanten.
- Ter plaatse bij klanten en bij de makelaar nieuwe zaken onderschrijven en bestaande zaken negotiëren, over geheel België
- Inspectie en controle van werven in het kader van de tienjarige aansprakelijkheid en van de ABR in het kader van risk-engineering
