Your new job**
Within the department of Digital Marketing, you will conduct UX researches for digital projects, focusing on user adoption and conversion. Your role will be to understand and analyze users and their needs. You have strong project management skills. You can conduct UX research by organizing user tests, focus groups, co-creation workshops, tree testings, card sortings, etc.
You write and analyze surveys, analyze heat maps and know how to translate user experience feedback into features and make recommendations for internal customers. You carry out audits of existing web pages or tools, assess the level of criticality of the identified problems and recommend solutions. You test, measure and optimize deliverables continuously.
You map existing flows and can create new flows and web pages in collaboration with other members of the Digital team and internal customers. You define personas and set up the customer experience. You create web pages and all types of internal and external graphic elements. You play a critical role in creating features and integrating UX expertise into every project to enhance the customer experience and help make decisions.
**What you need to succeed**
You have strong project management skills and a business oriented personality. You are not afraid to present your test, concepts, to any internal stakeholder or client. You have strong communication skills and are a team player.
You have a strong knowledge of**: Figma, Miro, Invision ans Sketch.**Finally, you speak perfectly Dutch and English. French would be a plus.**
