The Digital Workplace team provides seamless support tools to all Elia Group staff and partners, focusing on delivering intuitive and robust user support experiences. The primary tool within this scope is the service portal, which allows staff to submit support requests and agents to resolve them. The Senior UX Researcher will focus on refining the user experience of the service portal and other potential tools, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct user experience research through usability tests, interviews, and surveys with end users and support agents.
- Analyze research findings and provide actionable recommendations to improve the service portal and other support tools.
- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to ensure UX improvements align with business objectives.
- Continuously assess the user experience to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
- Lead workshops and UX research activities to gather insights and feedback from users and stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- 7+ years of experience in design thinking within Agile projects.
- 7+ years of expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- 3+ years of experience in interaction design and information architecture.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating low-fidelity wireframes and user flows.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-quality work.
- Proficiency in presentation tools like PowerPoint, Miro; experience with Condens for research documentation is a plus.
- Ability to work with design systems and integrate them into Figma workflows.
- Proven experience conducting research with developers and designing tools for technical audiences (e.g., databases, cloud services).
