Onze klant, gevestigd in Etterbeek, is een belangrijke speler in de groene it-sector. De groep werd in 2009 opgericht in Frankrijk en is nu aanwezig in verschillende landen: Frankrijk, Benelux, Italië en Spanje. Het bedrijf heeft een missie: milieuvriendelijke IT-oplossingen bieden en deze economie circulair en herbruikbaar maken. Ze verbinden mensen en bedrijven met elkaar te door middel van oplossingen en technologische alternatieven die rekening houden met de planeet. Om hun snelle groei voort te zetten, zijn ze op zoek naar 2 sales profielen om de markt in Vlaanderen en Nederland te ontwikkelen.
**Functiebeschrijving**
Verantwoordelijkheden als Junior Sales Developer te Brussel : Als Junior Key Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- het beheren van de volledige commerciële relatie -> van het identificeren van prospects tot het kwalificeren van behoeften en het opstellen van offertes, tot het afronden van deals en het opvolgen van dossiers. Prospectie gebeurt per telefoon of videoconferentie
- een klantenportefeuille beheren en zorgen voor hun loyaliteit en ontwikkeling, lopende zaken beheren, nieuwe aanbiedingen promoten (cross-selling), zorgen dat deadlines worden gehaald
- actief deelnemen aan sales meetings, optreden als ambassadeur van het bedrijf bij interne en externe partners
- betrokken zijn bij bedrijfsprojecten
**Functie-eisen**
Naar welk commercieel talent zijn we op zoek?
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands (gesproken en geschreven), en bent ook zeer comfortabel in het Engels
- Spreek je ook Frans? Dat is een pluspunt :)
- Uiteraard, heb je interesse in de IT wereld
- Respect voor het milieu is belangrijk voor jou
- Eerdere ervaring is niet essentieel
Wat wel vereist is, is de wil om zich in te zetten en experimenteren, met de mogelijkheid om betrokken te raken bij complexe bedrijfsprojecten met een maximum aan praktijkgerichtheid;
- Goede kennis van Office-software, oa Excel
- Goede vaardigheden op het gebied van analyse, besluitvorming en planning
- Teamspirit en nieuwsgierigheid
- Interpersoonlijke communicatie
- Je bent een echte Hunter. Je sluit graag deals met nieuwe klanten
- Je bent overtuigend en volhardend
- Je houdt van uitdagingen

**Arbeidsvoorwaarden**
Waarom bij onze klant als inside Business Developer te Brussel te werken?
- Aantrekkelijk salarispakket:
vast salaris van €2.000 bruto + maandelijkse bonus als de targets worden gehaald (bijv. 100% van de target = €1.000 maandelijkse bonus, 150% = €1.500 maandelijkse bonus, etc... sky is the limit)
- De eerste 2 maanden ben je in opleiding, maar no worries De werkgever betaalt je een commissie van 100% :).
