**Your responsibilities**:
Here’s what you can expect:

- Collaborating closely with practice managers and other key stakeholders, gathering valuable insights and unifying databases.
- Assisting lawyers in crafting persuasive proposals and presentations that spotlight the unique advantages of Loyens & Loeff. You’ll monitor results and gather feedback, playing a crucial role in refining our processes.
- Coordinating with lawyers, practice managers and other stakeholders to collect insights and draft submissions for legal directories and awards.
- Ensuring data accuracy, managing event registrations, and overseeing newsletter subscriptions. You’ll be an ambassador and share best practices internally.
- Playing a pivotal role in our internal and external communications, curating content and broadcasting news and articles across all our channels - from our intranet and website to newsletters and social media.
- Designing impactful marketing materials. From eye-catching brochures and compelling presentations to engaging social media posts, you’ll be at the forefront of creating content that resonates with our audience and amplifies our brand.
- Working closely with our HR department to create captivating social media content and support the implementation of Loyens & Loeff’s employer branding strategy
- Collecting data and conduct market researches to analyse and adapt our communication to best practices in content creation.
- Being a key support for the BDMC team, handling administrative tasks such as intranet updates, event calendar updates, general inbox management, and more. You’ll work closely with relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and efficient collaboration.

**Your Profile**:

- **Possess a Bachelor’s degree?** That’s the first step on this exciting journey
- **Fluent in Dutch/French and English?** And have a good understanding of the other Belgian language (Dutch or French)? Your linguistic skills will be a great asset
- **Have a basic understanding and experience with MS Office?** That’s perfect for getting started
