**Functie**:
Business development/Inside sales
- You will receive daily leeds to follow up.
- So you will take contact with prospects via phone calls.
- Present the company, listen to the futur client's, answer their questions and sell insurance packages according to the client's needs.
- Being polite, courtois, good listener, precise and efficient are required.
- Keep a good handle on your files and follow through.
- Your sales pitch is the key to your success.
- Always follow the guidelines of the company and try your best to keep clients happy.
**Profiel**:
Young juniors looking to start their careers, willing to learn, to grow with a positive, hungry attitude living in Brussels, speaking Nederlands and good knoweledge of English.
**Onze klant**:
Our client is a scale-up making insurance simple, fast and human for thousands of customers. As a digital insurance broker, we advise (online and on the phone) and support customers during claims. We grow fast (9x last year) thanks to our disruptive approach and demonstrate very high client satisfaction (net promoter score of 82%, similar to Apple and Netflix, while the average Belgian broker only reaches 7%).
Our client recently closed a 3rd fundraising to scale the team and the business internationally.
Our client is based in Brussels, near Merode. Our office is very luminous with closed and open-spaces as well as a beautiful view over the city.
